  • star ratingI want to start off by saying how amazing Alex and Jo. One of my sons has autism and wasn’t sure he wanted to do it. They were happy to let him have a try and see how he felt. They were so good with him and took the time to explain everything and make sure he felt comfortable. He absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back. This is only due to the staff taking the time with him, I really appreciate this. Overall we all had a great time and it was only yesterday but they are already asking when we can go back!

  • star ratingLove it here. Had my son’s bday party in august here, and also went again the other day. Alex is amazing. So friendly and attentive. Happy to share his knowledge in the subject (as we’re novices). Will def be back! So much fun for adults and kids alike.

  • star ratingCame here to see how VR Arcades operate in comparison to regular arcades. Quite different.

    You get a headset and a sizable booth dedicated to you and only you for the time you’ve booked in. Then you get access to all the games they have AND you have full ability to change and play them yourself.

    Staff remain on hand or can be called for any help that you need. Obviously they come quicker if it’s a quiet tim like the time I went in.

    Impressed to see how they operate in a post-COVID world; staff wear masks and gloves and clean your headset with a sci-fi looking UV box after bookings, so you know it’s clean.

    Colleagues are great and friendly (can’t remember their names, sadly) and are always happy/patient/understanding if you need help or have questions.

    Recommended for everyone, though Under 8y/o kids will have trouble with the concept, though I’m told that the pods work well for them.

    Will be coming again.

  • star ratingThe staff are brilliant and always on hand to help with any issues, the centre itself is well equipped for all your VR gaming, and other machines to try out like simulator racing cars/ bike game's, well priced and iam booking for my sons 12th birthday party and his mates
