Really enjoyed the relaxed informative experience with lovely helpful staff We had our first taste of VR and can't wait to get back

Could happily have stayed for hours! We came as a surprise for my boyfriend’s 30th, he absolutely loved it, we’ll definitely make a regular visit from now on 🙂

This was a fantastic family activity. The facilities were clean and well maintained and Keir, the member of staff looking after us, was really great. He had lots of patience and was really helpful.
We will definitely come again. We will probably book some birthday parties here too. Great activity for adults and children.

Came here to see how VR Arcades operate in comparison to regular arcades. Quite different.

You get a headset and a sizable booth dedicated to you and only you for the time you’ve booked in. Then you get access to all the games they have AND you have full ability to change and play them yourself.

Staff remain on hand or can be called for any help that you need. Obviously they come quicker if it’s a quiet tim like the time I went in.

Impressed to see how they operate in a post-COVID world; staff wear masks and gloves and clean your headset with a sci-fi looking UV box after bookings, so you know it’s clean.

Colleagues are great and friendly (can’t remember their names, sadly) and are always happy/patient/understanding if you need help or have questions.

Recommended for everyone, though Under 8y/o kids will have trouble with the concept, though I’m told that the pods work well for them.

I recently visited vr here after lockdown was lifted and I cant praise them highly enough! The selection of games is huge and there is something for everyone which is awesome, they also let you switch to whatever game you want to play so you aren't locked into one title and get to try as many as you want in your time slot.

Their covid safety precautions are some of the best I've seen too, all equipment is disinfected after every person and they have these amazing medical grade uv light disinfecting cabinets for all the equipment. There's hand sanitiser available all over the premises and the staff are well protected too with masks and gloves.

Overall this place is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone, whether you love video games or are completely new to them, you will over vr here!
